1. INCLUDED WITH YOUR BRONZE MEMBERSHIP:
Weekday outings subject to availability.
Up to two (2) forward-looking weekend and holiday reservations at one time.
Access to the club fleet during normal operating hours.
Online reservation scheduling.
Access to approved club locations and marinas.
Routine maintenance, cleaning, and storage included.
Basic on-water orientation and safety training.
Member support from club staff during normal business hours.
2. RESERVATION GUIDELINES:
Weekday reservations may be booked based on availability.
Weekend and holiday reservations are limited to two (2) active future reservations at any given time.
Additional reservations may be made once an existing reservation has been completed.
Reservation availability may vary based on season, weather, maintenance, and demand.
Boat Club Membership Agreement
Bronze Package
Member is enrolling in the Bronze Package boat club membership. The Bronze Package provides entry-level access to the club fleet with standard reservation privileges during operating hours. Included with membership is access to approved club locations, basic on-water orientation and safety training, and routine maintenance, cleaning, and storage handled by the club. Fuel is not included unless otherwise stated. Specific benefits, boat availability, blackout dates, and reservation limits may be updated by the Boat Club from time to time.

Security Deposit
$750 (refundable)
1. MEMBERSHIP TERM & PAYMENT:
This Agreement begins on the date signed by the Member and remains in effect for a minimum term of twelve (12) months.
Membership is billed month-to-month during the contract term.
One-Time Initiation Fee: $1,995.
Monthly Membership Fee: $399/month.
Refundable Security Deposit: $750.
Monthly payments are automatically charged each month on the anniversary date of the Agreement.
After the initial 12-month term, the Agreement will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in writing by either Party with thirty (30) days notice.
All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable except for any refundable security deposit balance, less damages or outstanding charges.

Up to two (2) forward-looking weekend and holiday reservations at one time.

Access to approved club locations and marinas.
Routine maintenance, cleaning, and storage handled by the club.

Member support from club staff during normal business hours.
3. RESERVATIONS & USAGE:
All reservations are subject to boat availability.
Bronze members may hold a maximum of two (2) active future reservations at any given time.
Additional reservations may be made once an existing reservation has been completed.
Members must follow all reservation policies established by the Boat Club.
Boats must be returned on time and in clean condition.
Member is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of club rules.
Only approved operators may operate club boats.
Member agrees to follow all local, state, and federal boating laws.
4. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
Member acknowledges that boating involves inherent risks.
Member agrees to operate boats safely and responsibly.
Member agrees to comply with all safety instructions provided by the Boat Club.
Member agrees not to operate boats while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Member agrees to ensure all passengers follow safety guidelines.
The Boat Club reserves the right to deny boat usage if safety concerns exist.
5. DAMAGE & LIABILITY:
Member is financially responsible for damage caused beyond normal wear and tear, lost equipment or accessories, and any fines, citations, or towing charges incurred during use.
Member agrees to immediately report any accident, damage, or mechanical issue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Member releases and holds harmless the Boat Club, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of participation in boating activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION:
Either Party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice.
The Boat Club may immediately suspend or terminate membership for non-payment, unsafe operation, violation of club rules, illegal activity, or abuse of equipment or staff.
Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
7. WEATHER & MECHANICAL ISSUES:
The Boat Club does not guarantee boat availability due to weather conditions, mechanical repairs, maintenance, or unforeseen operational issues.
No refunds or credits are guaranteed for temporary unavailability.
8. RULES & POLICIES:
Member agrees to comply with all current and future club policies, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
The Boat Club may update rules and policies at its discretion.
9. GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This document represents the full agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
